Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – just as they left our workshop – with all tags attached and packaging intact.
š Special Note: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Kids’ Bedding (due to hygiene regulations)
- Kids’ Decorative Pillows (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or personalized items

- Pack with Care: Once approved, repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may see the refund in your account a few days after we process it.
Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different magical item? Follow the same return process above, and include a note about what you’d like instead! We’ll help coordinate the exchange once we receive your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
