3. Do your products require assembly?
Most of our furniture arrives ready for assembly with clear instructions and all necessary hardware included. We design our packaging to protect every piece during shipping while making unboxing and setup as straightforward as possible for parents.

4. Where do you ship from and to?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Mesa, Arizona (excluding some remote areas in Asia). Whether you’re in Paris, Texas or Paris, France, we’ll get your child’s special furniture to you with care.
5. What are my shipping options?
We offer two thoughtful shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Faster delivery via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after processing) with tracking updates
- Free Standard Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your child’s new furniture on its adventure to your home! If you have any questions about your shipment’s status, our customer care team is always happy to help.

11. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll happily cover return shipping – just contact our customer care team for assistance.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
